My name is Bethany and I’m so glad you came to visit.

A bit about me:

I grew up in a family of seven, the only girl amongst four brothers. I'm 33 years old, have been married to my husband for 7 years - we have the coolest love story- and I'm the luckiest mama in the world to my sweet boy JJ (Jaden) and baby girl, Arie. 

​

I've been singing since childhood and playing guitar since the age of 10. Music has always been a family affair growing up. I started leading worship for youth groups at the age of 12 with my brothers and our friends. Throughout high school and college I further pursued my musical interests and love for songwriting and had the opportunity to study in Nashville for a semester at the Contemporary Music Center. I've led worship in several churches in the Buffalo area and continue to create music to spread hope, healing and peace through song.

I graduated from Houghton College in 2012 with a degree in Childhood Education. After college I worked in the nonprofit sector teaching English as a Second Language and coordinating educational programs. My husband and I created our nonprofit, Dream Haiti starting in 2013, which officially became a 501c3 in 2017. Our vision is to empower Haitian communities through education. We opened our school in Haiti in September 2018!
